aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-5291\"><p>Para el municipio, el catastro permite censar y conocer los bienes inmuebles asentados en su\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">territorio, registrar los datos exactos relativos a sus caracter\u00edsticas, determinar su valor y conocer la\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de los mismos respecto a sus propietarios, todo ello encaminado principalmente a\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">la captaci\u00f3n de recursos a trav\u00e9s del cobro de diferentes impuestos a la propiedad inmobiliaria,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">como son el predial y el de traslaci\u00f3n de dominio, entre otros, pero ello s\u00f3lo los puede realizar si\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px; color: var( --e-global-color-text );\">cuenta con un Catastro Municipal.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-toggle-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-5292\"
